Useful Information
Payments, Contracts, Deposits
1. A deposit of 50% is due upon sigining
the contract.
2. The remaining payment is due no later
than 15 days following the signing of the contract. If full payment
is not made within the 15 day time period following contract date, deposit
money will be forfitted and contract canceled.
3. Contracts and payments for
Vinyl Options are independent of Billboard Space Rental
contracts. Vinyl payments require 50% deposit due
upon contract signing and the remaining 50% due upon acceptance
of printed vinyl sample, but before printing the full-size
billboard skin. |
Vinyl Options
1. For customers already having their
own vinyl covering we can install for Baht (300 Baht /sq.
m)
2. For customer who don’t have
their own vinyl we charge 1,200 Baht/sq. m this price
includes the cost of printing and installing the
vinyl covering.
3. Vinyl printing is at a resolution
of 800 dpi. The time to print is approximately about
1-2 weeks after the customer approves the design.
4. The design may be supplied to us for printing
on a CD in the form of a TIFF file.
5. Phuket Directory has a complete
design service with average costs ranging between 2,000
and 6,000 Baht. Certain designs can be higher.
6. Photo Service is available, costs are depending
on complexity, location. Contact us for details. |
Sign Tax
Local Sign tax is not included
in rental price. There are 3 categories
of sign tax.
1. Signs having only Thai
text (lowest tax charge)
2. Signs having Thai text
at a higher level than any non-Thai text. (tax
is approximately double category 1)
3. Signs with all non-Thai
text, or if the uppermost word on the sign is non-Thai
text, then an additional tax
payment is required.

of the very large project: “Junkceron” already being built on
55 Rai of land and expected to be completed in late 2005.
Inside there will be 10 movie theaters, Bowling, a Luxury Hotel,
Hi class shopping with high brand name imports from many countries.
