South Australia Cabernet Sauvignon
This distinctive Wolf Blass ‘Yellow Label’ is an Australian classic.

The rich and rounded fruit characters of berry and plum are beautifully balanced with soft oak. This delicious wine is produced from cabernet sauvignon grapes grown in selected South Australian regions, including the Barossa Valley, Limestone Coast and McLaren Vale.

Presidents Selection Cabernet Sauvignon
The fruit for this wine sourced from three of South Australia ‘s classic red wine producing regions-Langhorne Creek, McLaren Vale and the Barossa Valley. Sourced from low yielding vineyards, the fruit displays great concentration of flavour and fabulous colours. This wine has extraordinary depth of flavour, the hallmark of a great wine, and has a very rich, yet silky smooth feel. It displays loads of a sweet dark berry fruits with underlying chocolate oak overtones. This wine is enjoyable while young but will continue to develop for 5-10 years with careful cellar maturation.

Presidents Selection Chardonnay
The wine is fermented in new French oak barrels to add richness with malolactic fermentation to soften the wine .The aromas of the wine display peaches and melon, and these flavors are also richly evident on the palate, complexed with subtle oak characters.

Presidents Selection Shirax
This wine is matured in small French and American oak barrels for a period of 16 month prior to bottling. Presidents selection Shiraz is always the very essence of great Australian Shiraz-a perfect blend of ripe and concentrated fruit character, balanced with silky oak and soft fruit tannins.

Brown Label Classic Shiraz
Premium Australian shiraz is gaining widespread acclaim around the globe and the Wolf Blass Brown Label Classic Shiraz typifies why this is occurring – rich characters of plums, pepper, spiced fruit and chocolate are well balanced with fine wood tannins. What makes Brown Label unique is that it brings together the three great shiraz regions of McLaren Vale, the Barossa Valley and Langhome Creek-unashamedly portraying the fine art of blending. Lengthy maturation in American and French oak barrels results in a smooth, fine wine of great depth and complexity that can be cellared for up to 10 years.

Grey Label Cabernet Sauvignon
Whilst grapes have been grown successfully at Langhorne Creek for over 100 years, few in the industry would dispute the role Wolf Blass has played in gaining recognition for this unique region. Wolf Blass Grey Labellis traditionally made from 100% cabernet sauvignon from Langhorne Creek however in some vintages shiraz has been used in small quantities. The wine’s signature is rich berry and regional mint/eucalypt characters, with vanillin oak flavours and soft tannins that will reward careful cellaring for up to 10 years.

Black Label
Wolf Blass Black Label is one of Australia ‘s truly outstanding wines. Since its inaugural vintage in 1973, this wine has won an extraordinary 160 gold medals and 40 trophies at Australian and international wine shows. Wolf Blass Black Labell is usually a blend of cabernet sauvignon, shiraz and merlot and is primarily sourced from Langhorne Creek, the Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale according to prevailing growing conditions. This wine is all about power-concentrated and generous fruit flavours are balanced with oak characteristics and finely grained tannins. It has genuine potential for long term cellaring.

Isla Negra Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot
A beautiful, bright ruby red colour, fruit-filled nose revolving around plums, berries and cherry aromas. Medium bodied, harmonious with soft and friendly tannins.

Isla Negra Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
Bright and crisp yellow-green colour. Aromatic notes of citrus fruit ,peach and white flowers.Balanced, light and refreshing in mouth with a delicious and acidity
