Olaf Duensing and Jerrold Kippen, both of whom who have worked full time as legal consultants in Thailand for the past decade, launched DUENSING KIPPEN Tax and Law on 1 May 2010. DUENSING KIPPEN is a dynamic, growing, multi-service boutique law firm specializing in property and corporate/commercial matters. DUENSING KIPPEN is also the only firm in Thailand that compliments its property and corporate/commercial legal expertise with a core tax law practice. The Team

Olaf Duensing is a licensed German attorney and trained tax law specialist who has been living and working in Thailand as a consultant since 2001. For the last seven years Olaf was an associate partner with a leading Thai firm specializing in property and corporate/commercial matters and working in their Bangkok and Phuket offices. Jerrold Kippen is a licensed California attorney who has been living and working as a consultant in Thailand since 2003. Until launching DUENSING KIPPEN, Jerrold was an associate partner and Samui office manager for the same law firm as Olaf. Associate partners and licensed Thai attorneys, Laksamon Dhamminch and Weeraya Imchai, complete the core DUENSING KIPPEN launch team.
