Children
Policy:
There is no charge for children under 12 years of age when sharing
their Parents room without extra bed.
Cancellation Policy:
- Low Season: 1 night charge if cancelled within
72 hours.
- High Season: 1 night charge if cancelled within
30 days prior to arrival.
- 3 nights charge if cancelled to arrival or no show.
Terms and conditions:
Check out time Guests checking
out must leave on or before 12:00 am. Please return your keys
to our front desk from 8 am to 8 pm. Guest agrees to honor check
in and check out times and to pay a late departure fee. If the
room is not vacated at check out time, Jenny Guesthouse is hereby
authorized to remove Guests' belongings from the property at Guest's
expense.
Unregistered Guests Overnight guests / escorts
are not allowed in the Hotel if not previously registered at the
front desk. All unregistered guests are obligated to notify the
front desk from 8 am to 8 pm when visiting a registered guest.
Personal Items: Jenny Guesthouse is not responsible
for Guest's personal belongings that are lost, stolen or left
in the room, and we will not retrieve these items for you. Please
bring your valuable belongings with you when leaving the room.
Disturbance: Occupancy and use of the premises
and amenities shall not be in a manner that disturbs residents
or other Guests. Jenny Guesthouse has the right to terminate this
Agreement, ask disruptive Guests to vacate and all monies will
be forfeited.
Reservations
Once room availability has been confirmed a 30% deposit will be
required. |
