Pat’s Thai cooking classes are also renowned throughout the
world as being the first, the best and the ONLY home Thai cooking
classes in Phuket.

Pat
Tienthong, originally a native of Bangkok, is fluent in English,
having spent eight years in California where she worked as a chef.
She can answer all your questions and impart all her special secrets
for creating the most authentic and delicious Thai dishes. She will
teach you traditional methods of creating Thai culinary masterpieces
in a completely hands-on learning environment, all in the comfort
of her stylish home where you can even enjoy a stroll through her
lush tropical garden after your meal. |

From the
preparation of the ingredients right through the cooking process, to
the best part – the eating – you will experience it all
first hand. Pat even gives you easy to follow recipes and a certificate
upon completion!
With her extensive knowledge of both eastern and western cuisine, Pat
can even suggest ingredients that may be difficult to locate in your
home country and alternatives, which could be substituted so that flavour
and authenticity are not compromised. You can enjoy learning the art
of Thai cooking and then savour it at home with your family and friends
– it will be a ‘souvenir’ that you cherish for a lifetime
from your trip to Thailand.

Intimate classes for 2 or a small group of up to 8 friends. Whether
you are a novice cook or a professional chef, Pat will design the
course around your needs.

of Phuket and the Andaman Sea. |

an intimate dinner by candlelight whilst soaking in the ambiance of
this jungle hideaway. You can bring your own beverages or Pat has
a selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to compliment
your meal. |

those who want to learn the art of Thai cooking in depth, there are
classes available in traditional Thai fruit and vegetable carving.
Advanced training courses can also be arranged as well as courses
for group tours, sporting teams or business conferences (great as
a team building exercise). |

B&B
Pat’s bed and breakfast accommodation is only 950 baht pp/night
or 1,000 baht/couple. Pat’s Balinese/Thai-style mountain bungalow,
can be rented at 1000 baht/night which includes the exclusive use
of the two bedroom house and its magnificent natural surrounds. |
Catering
You can now relish Pat’s delectable Thai culinary treats any
time as Pat has opened her kitchen and extensive menus to cater for
your next party, conference or business function.
Pat and her team will supply all the decorations, service personnel
and accoutrements leaving you stress free to enjoy your special occasion.
The food will be prepared and served hot and fresh on location either
at a venue of your choice or Pat can arrange a venue for you.
[Please note: currently only evening dining for groups of 50 or more]
Prices for both the cooking classes and catering are very reasonable
and details are gladly forwarded to all enquiries.
Transportation
Pat can even arrange transportation to and from your accommodation
anywhere on the island, or for those who truly wish to experience
Thai family life in-depth, Pat has opened her doors for you to stay
in luxurious, air conditioned, bed and breakfast style accommodation
in her home |
