Prung Thai offers authentic Thai cooking classes for anyone living or visiting Phuket. Our courses are taught in English and feature all of the essentials such as fruit and vegetable carving, herbs, spices and curry pastes, making coconut milk, knife techniques, cooking utensils and much more. All classes are unique and taught by an Executive Master Thai chef Pairoj with a life-long experience of over twenty-five years cooking in five-star hotels. Join in with us and you'll have a wonderful in-depth cooking experience.

We are proud to share our knowledge in every area, not only teaching you to cook Thai foods as an expert but also how to cook traditionally.

Daily courses are offered from Monday through Saturday.

About Our Cooking Courses

Daily Course Time: 09:30 AM - 14:30 PM

Class size limited to 4 students unless specially arranged.

Every class begins with a welcome herbal drink before making a guided shopping experience to our local market for fresh ingredients. Back at school we will review all ingredients, introduce you to your utensils, review of the recipes and begin the lesson.

FOOD AS ART We believe every meal should be a visual feast. We therefore have a large selection of plates, bowls and fresh materials for you to experiment with in creating your personalized "food art". This is where our students get a special grin and say — WOW! Look what I just made!
