At Salvatore's you have a great choice among all the exclusive suggestions of first and second courses. For instance, in our Salvatore's Restaurant, you may taste the palatable spaghetti with the original bottarga (Sardinian mullet's caviar); then you may have a choice between classical chowder, a bass in salt crust or a dentex oven with potatoes and white wine. Without taking into consideration a rich salad, chosen among the many salads listed into the menu, which may be a valid option to those courses. The bread? We produce it at home every day!
