guidelines
Selecting Photographs :
The greatest portraits come from greatest photos. I recommend using
professional photographs because they are sharp, in focus and show
the subject clearly. Although a photo from a drivers license
can be used the photo should be of studio quality if possible.
The best results come from detailed photos.
If you would like to use a non-professional photo, please follow
the guidelines below :
1. Digital photos should be larger than 200 mb.
2. Prints 3"×5" or larger
3. Hair should be detailed enough to tell how it's combed
4. Eye color and hair color should be visible from the printed photo
If your photo does not meet my photo guidelines, I will do the portrait
without extending a money back guarantee.
Choosing The Pose:
Please decide on a primary image for the pose. I will not change
a facial pose.
Example: A person who it looking away from the camera can not be
changed to look at the camera.
Can not do - removing eyeglasses / sunglasses
Special Requests:
I can do special requests such as:
- Combining people from separate photos into one photo
- Changing a black and white photo to color [ please confirm eye
color, hair color and color of dresses]
- Putting clothing from one photo on the figure in another photo
- Removing a person from the photo
- Removing braces, scar
Making a special request:
When making a special request, please do so at the time of your
order. Please give specific details to describe any changes you
would like made.
Example: Please remove the scar on the boy's chin
and use light blue in the background.
As a general rule, the more simple, the better. :-)
Note: the background for portrait, I offer you
only the same as shown in the Galleries.
You can place your order by e-mail:
Please send me a simple e-mail with the details of your order with
a scan of the photo(s). If you have to do the scan in a multi service
office, ask the person that will do the job to save the file in
a dedicated Web format; usually JPEG is the most suitable. This
solution allows me to quickly let you know if your photo is good
enough to work with and if I need some more documents or information.
How to pay:
Please pay deposit 50% of your order by contact at Western

available in your country. This transaction is reliable, fast and

I will e-mail you to give you confirmation of your payment.
I wish you to understand that no work will be started before I receive
a deposit.
What about balance?
The portrait painting usually take about 2 weeks to finish, this
may vary during busy seasons like Christmas time, Eastern or Mother's
day. Once the portrait done, you will receive a preview by e-mail
to decide if it is what you require. At this time, you pay the balance
the same way you did for your deposit.
Shipping:
Your portrait will sent by EMS (express mail service)
you should receive it within 3-5 days if your are in ASIA , 4-7
days in Europe and America.
Method:
Packages are shipped with an airmail carrier from Phuket , Thailand
. Our orders ship with an airmail service that is reliable, guaranteed,
efficient, traceable and insurable.
Packaging:
The portrait is placed into sturdy cardboard tubing for shipping,
framing is not included and not recommended before shipping. Your
photos will be returned with your portrait, you will also get all
the needed information for framing which is very important to keep
your portrait in a good condition, in the long term.
Tracking:
All shipments will have a tracking number sent to you when the package
is sent.
