TEFLPlus
is unlike any other course offered in Thailand. We limit our classes
to a maximum of ten trainees, ensuring adequate time can be spent with
each trainee throughout the course.
Why be one
in twenty or more? Whilst classroom time is necessary, the most important
part of any real TEFL
course is the teaching practice. You
really want to learn how to teach? Then you have to do it! We give you
that chance.
Why take
TEFL training?
The
most obvious reason for requiring a TEFL
certificate is that genuine language school and training establishments
will not accept you as a teacher just because you are a native speaker
of English. They will want some assurance that you are trained to
teach and have achieved a recognized standard.
Even if
you are already teaching, your future opportunities and income will
be limited without a qualification – taking the TEFLPlus
course will make you indispensable to employers.
With insufficient
numbers of trained teachers to meet demand, the whole world will open
up when you complete your course.
Like
many other countries, it is now becoming nearly impossible in Thailand
to obtain well paid English teaching positions unless you have a qualification
such as we provide. If you intend to seek employment in Thailand,
then certification is also required to register you as a teacher with
the Thai Ministry of Education and to obtain a work permit.

your future plans are - to teach in Thailand or work elsewhere - you

training and certificate you will receive attractive job offers from
quality schools, and will not need to take the first offer that comes
along.
