Our Scandinavian Scuuba Doo office on Phuket Island is located in Kata/Karon. We offer a wide range of day trips, all levels of PADI Courses, Liveaboard Trips, and specially designed packages, all after your own wishes. Just try us, we love challenges. Scandinavian Scuuba Doo is represented in 8 different hotels and resorts in the area, so we can arrange your reservations easily.

Our experienced instructors represent many languages, as does our teaching material. If we do not have it we will get it.

Scandinavian Scuuba Doo is owned and run by dive instructors. Our major share holder and managing director, Hakan Larsson, is Swedish and has been at instructor level since 1978. In 1999 he moved to Thailand and crossed over to PADI, the worlds most represented dive organization. Today he is a PADI Master Instructor with 17 different Specialty Instructor ratings, 4,000+ dives having certified 800+ students at all levels. He just loves to teach people diving. Diving with a company owned and run by instructor’s means that you will be safely and well-taken care of by people that love diving and know what they are doing.

In the local area we can reach most dive sites for day trips allowing either two or three dives per day. This includes the Similans, Phi Phi Island, King Cruiser Wreck, Shark Point, Hin Daeng, Hin Muang and the Racha Islands. We have about 150 different dive sites for day trips with everything from sloping sandy bottoms with corral pinnacles to giant granite boulders, giant pinnacles that disappear down in the deep, and the 85 meter-long King Cruiser Wreck that sunk in May 1997. You will have the chance to see it all: Sharks, Turtles, Whale Sharks, Mantas and much, much more,and with good visibility that some days reaches 30 meters.
