We offer four different types of Fasting and Detoxing Programs; Raw Fast, Full Fast, Full Fast + Juice, and the Life Rebuild Program. Each program is available from 4 to 21 days.

The Full Fast is our most popular program with both first time and experienced fasters. The majority of guests select a 7 or 10 day program.

A deposit of 20% of your program and accommodation fee is required to confirm your booking.

Returning Fasters receive a 20% discount on accommodation and repeat programs.

Mountain bikes are available for guests who might like to cycle to Nai Harn Beach, famous for it's azure clear water. (Perfect for swimming November to June). We can also suggest some lovely tracks for walks in the hills that offer stunning coastal views.

Atsumi Healing offers private Retreat Style, Fasting & Detoxing in a tranquil tropical garden setting, with a relaxed and professional service. We have lots of space in our Tropical Garden setting. No traffic noise or nearby discos. No cooking smells, no cigarettes, no perfumes, just peace and tranquility. Our managerial staff are trained and professional counselors and we are available to advise and support you daily.

To ensure a harmonious, warm, and friendly atmosphere and to ensure your experience is more personalized, we limit the number of our guests. There are however usually enough people staying at Atsumi to ensure that you don't feel isolated.

Our purpose built Colon Hydro Therapy rooms are always clean and totally private.

THERAPY

As well as the resident therapists (Osteopathic (Chiropractic) Acupuncture, Shiatsu, N.L.P. etc) at Atsumi, we also host visiting healers and teachers who come to Atsumi to share their expertise and wisdom.

TUITION AND EDUCATION

During your retreat you may choose to invest some of your abundant time into learning a new skill such as; film-making (shooting digital video and editing with Apple Mac), composing music on computer, playing a musical instrument, learning Shiatsu or Thai Massage, or maybe working on developing your singing and public speaking/performance skills.

Atsumi also has a good library of Books, CD's, DVD's, and tapes on Health and Healing modalities. We are happy to recommend reading for your specific Health Education/Personal Growth direction.

SEEING AND ENJOYING PHUKET

As you can be 'all done' with you fasting commitments by 9.30 a.m. each day, you have the rest of the day to lie on the beach and relax or take a day trip, white water rafting, sea kayaking, elephant riding, go in a submarine, diving, snorkeling, rock climbing and many other things. We will arrange your outings including the Phuket Fantasy Live Show which we think is the greatest show on Earth.

HEALTH AND HYGIENE

We maintain a high standard of Hygiene and cleanliness. We are recommended by the Bangkok Phuket International Hospital to their clients for Detoxing, Yoga, Meditation or simply resting and recuperating after an operation. We also recommend our customers to this Hospital for General Medical Health Check-Up's.

DENTISTRY

We have our own dentist in Phuket Town who can do teeth whitening or that dental work that you have been putting off, or remove your Mercury/Amalgam fillings. (Heavy Metal Poisoning) at a very reasonable rate.

MEDICAL CHECKUPS

We can arrange a doctor's visit before and after your Detox to assess the changes in blood and cholesterol levels etc. Plus full Medical Checkups with modern up to date equipment, which like the Dentistry, will be at a fraction of the cost you would pay in the West.

LEARNING THAIATSU MASSAGE

ThaiAtsu Massage is a combination of the local Thai Massage techniques and the Traditional Shiatsu Theory (TCM) and practices now so popular in the West. Our trainers are of an international standard with over 20 years of training experience behind them. You can learn with us in as little time as 8 hrs. Or stay with us for an extended period of time to reach a professional standard.

CONVENTIONS INCENTIVES AND CORPORATE EVENTS

Abundant Creative Resources: ACR is the corporate division of Atsumi Healing. We have worked with a number of organizations both here in Thailand and abroad such as MLT, (link), The Australian Government, etc. We hold trainings in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Corporate Atsumi as well as Personal and Team Building Strategies such as African Hand Drumming, Shiatsu Massage, Yoga and Meditation. Our mission is to bring different and exiting, paradigm changing strategies to the corporate arena and culture.

ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION

If not every member of your family wishes to Detox, we have relationships with a variety of hotels and resorts all located conveniently near to Atsumi Healing Center, so that others in your group can enjoy a "normal holiday experience". These associate hotels and resorts all have swimming pools, restaurants, entertainment etc, and there is a variety of beachfront and hilltop accommodation. Your choice of comfortable, boutique, or 5 star accommodation, allows the flexibility to custom-design your own visit to Atsumi with the needs and wants of the rest of your party. Of course, no matter where you choose to stay, you are most welcome to "hang out" at the Atsumi Healing Center all day if you so wish.
