Chalong

Chalong is a rapidly developing area within the southeastern region of Phuket island. Serving as a junction point between the Chao Fa East, Chao Fa West north-south highways, the main east-west road to Kata Beach and Karon Beach and the southern area of Rawai Beach. Chalong is maybe most well known for its sheltered anchorage and its modern pier that serves as the jumping off point for many marine tours, charter boats and dive boats. Of course there are some spectacular sea side restaurants.
